Firstly Deryneia is in Southern Cyprus. It is also in the region of Famagusta. The area of Famagusta that is currently a "ghost town" is called Varosha to the Greek Cypriots and Maras to the Turkish Cypriots.

I have a solicitor that was recommended by the developer, however I am very nervous about signing on the dotted line and handing over my cash, can you give me any advice, I am told that the property is on pre 1974 land and is the best lane that property can be built on, other than my solicitor telling me this is the truth can i check anywhere else
