from what i found in the internet portugal with seaview is more expensive than spain with seaview!
costa tropical 20.000m2 seaview 30.000€ is possible to find!

I've just come back from Praire Da Rocha....that was a lovely place.

The Western Algarve - north of Lagos is still pretty reasonable and has gorgeous views, and fantastic wild beaches. We bought off plan last year, three bed villa, pool on 860 sq metres of land for Euros 195k. Place called Vale da Telha which is just before you get to Aljezur.

Check it out, and buying in Portugal we found seemed a lot less stressful than some of our friends who had bought in Spain.

But then, it is even cheaper if you buy in Northern Portugal.
