Hi - Has anyone as an investment bought property in Western New York, Buffalo etc. I have been enquiring about a company that finds the properties, buys them at a discounted rate and then guarntees a return of approx £200 pound a month on a £16k property. Buy to let in the States.
would welcome any feedback on if you guys with more experience than myself think this could be viable.
