I am interested in buying off plan in Montenegro and I have come across two companies that interest me, Bridgehouse International and International Horizons. Has anyone had any prior dealings with these companies and are either reccomended?? If anyone has any hot tips on buying off plan in addition to shedding some light on any hidden costs or taxes that may be incurred in Montenegro that would be much apreciated.
