I looked into this market about 12 months ago but was put off with the land ownership problems, however this seems to have got a lot easier and the prices have risen. Can any of you experts out there give their thoughts and advice.

The situation in North Cyprus has not changed and it cannot change unless the two parts of Cyprus unify.
The prices have gone down the last year so it is not a good investment.
