Manor Park Just to make sense of your last post, my previous post has been removed, I think because it had a link to the Bluefish forum.

Wat I said was that the developer is Addoha/Gilmar.

Thanks for that, it was still up when I posted, the Bluefish forum does have good news for buyers on this development, both with work starting and the launch of a new upmarket development that should confirm the the area as a place to buy.

I was unable to go but from what I have seen on another forum it sounds like it was informative. Some investors were not happy with a number of units that had changed.

Hi Madras
my unit has changed size too, it is now much bigger than i first thought, does this mean i'll have to pay extra?

As far as I am aware, all the overall sizes are bigger than first thought.
The extra payment (if required) seems to relate to the units now designated as penthouses with full roof terrace that were not before.
You would need to speak to your agent or Dreamworld to confirm.

We are agents here, but we know the Dreamworld have an admin fee of 2200, not 3500 euros. They always come back to us in a few minutes, rather than not answering, perhaps they prefer to work via agents? For full fees and no agent add ons, please be in touch. Agents make fees by built in commissions in the sales price. quote: Originally posted by portfolio builder: if dreamworld is the developer then why are they charging 3500 euros as fees.
my experience is developrs dont charge only agents do!!
your views please??
I wonder if this forum would allow us to discuss the prices as the 2 bed prices i have seen vary??
Anyone who has actually made a commitment please comment??

I understand Dreamworld is the developer, and they are selling via Agents like Property Borders and I am talking to a company called Midas. Is there any difference between all these Agents?
Hi Dreamworld are developers. Midas are developers with investment products and their own product Property Borders, I believe are agents. Yes they are different. The developers build and the agents sell. Though developers can also sell. So agents just sell. Builders build and sell.

Why is so little written on the 10 year guaranteed income?
This one of the major sales points.
