Not sure if this counts as buying abroad as I am moving from Scottish legal system to Northern Ireland, which is totally alien to me!!
I don't know if you bid over the price or around the price, whether bids are final, when to get a survey and also what is NAV? Most houses come with a price for NAV on the particulars. I have tried all sorts of sites for answers but nobody seems to know!!
