Anyone know the price range of houses in Tunisia, say 3-4 bedroom house, I appreciate different areas have different prices - anyone bought a place or thinking of buying got any advice/tips.

The further north the more expensive. This is because the way of life is more traditional the further south one travels. Also the climate is more agreeable and not so hot in the north.
