Wondering if you decided to go for Crete and if you found what you were looking for ?

I hear Crete has some great property bargains, especially if you look to the less built up Western part. I went there once as a teenager with my parents - I remember meeting a dead donkey on a mountain road, which was a bit out of the ordinary to say the least.
