Hello, Yes I purchased a 2nd floor flat in China phase 3 from GW. After months of lobbying the company they have now advised me of a long delay in the building of the apartments. I have today asked for a full reimbursement. I am looking to invest elsewhere in the World as I have lost all faith in Dubai.
