Hi ive looked at them through Saffron Villas. They have been very helpfull and always return calls. Aparently the Kabila ones have gone up in price by 5% this week. Im looking at Casablanca as still at bottom prices. £45k for large 2 bed 2 bath apartment, fully furnished and 5 mins from beach. Sounds like a really good deal. Built by Property Logic who build Le Jardin De Fleur at Saidia. Doesnt come with Bank guarantee but aparently very cash rich company as have just purchased island land in Brazil. Hope this helps. Kabila would be good with new tunnell but Casablanca got alot of potential.
