I have just bought some ruins in Montenegro, we have plans to develop them into 6 apartments and sell them for profit (hopefully). Does anyone know how I can reduce my tax bill
1. Should I have the ruins registered in my personal name
2. Set up a UK Company 3. Set up a Montenegro company
I am finding it very hard to find info regarding this.
