We own a villa in Turkey and would like to advertise it in the UK with an estate agent. Having watched "Selling Houses abroad" on C4 on Tuesday, we were most interested to see the UK agent offering to sell the villa in Italy for 3% commission. Can anyone offer advice as to where I can look, or who I can contact to arrange a similar deal. I have looked on the internet and so far can only find ones offering advertising for a one off fee. On close inspection a lot of their properties were posted 2 years ago, and have not been updated since. Thanks
