Just found this thread. Can I please have some advice as to which countries to perhaps consider for investment. Dubai is one I'm considering, but I've hard a lot about places such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania and the like which I'll be honest I know nothing about. Spain is so expensive now, so I'm happy to read people's thoughts.

Welcome to the forum

I suspect your post is a great source of relief for those investors who were beginning to feel that the fresh pyramid/ponzi fodder had dried up.

When you buy that Bulgarian apartment just ensure you're not the last investor holding:

Ryanair and Easyjet are cheap and fly to all the countries you mentioned. Better spend a couple of hundreds £ and have a clear idea than buy without having any idea.
