I have noticed a lot of ads by a spanish guy on UK tv trying to flog unbuilt apartments at Polaris World. Given the credit crunch are they overpriced?

me again, just realised i read about it in spanish. just do advanced search and change to spanish. strange there's nothing when you google in english.

I would certainly hold back until they reduce the prices.

They certainly seem to be advertising quite a lot. This makes me even more cynical.

They are the ones I have personal experience of and they weren't good experiences!
