I have gone for Bansko , intially as the resort truely has a purpose and an end user value.The town is very attractive and has huge future potential so to be in early is a great move as I cannot see the town failing as a tourist resort. Too many thing to list, this place is a gem. Sofia is also on my list having visited several times it is a vibrant city with a great feeling capable of embracing change, the history provides the culture but the youth will drive the future. You still have to be very careful of who your dealing with. Builders, lawyers agents should all be checked out. Research is always the key.
