I have a somewhat unusual house for sale abroad and I'm looking for an agent to sell it and not having much luck.
I spoke to a lovely lady at Savills and she was really helpful but they don't cover my area and she couldn't think of anyone else.
I've tried selling it myself and it is the featured private property in this months Place in the Sun magazine but I think people are worried about buying from someone they don't know and it would be better with an agency.
Can anyone recommend a proactive agency that specialises in unusual country properties overseas?
