Hi, There is a very interesting programme on BBC1, East (Sky channel 981) on Wednesday, 19th September, at 19:30 hrs. It contains some important information about buying property abroad. Please note, it is only on BBC1 East region, but can be viewed all over the country on "Sky" channel 981.
Thanks for the link, which shows the Michael Palin report, great! That's where we live, Skopje I call home for the time being... not easy but a lovely country. One learns to live with less, which is not a bad thing. We don't get to see these programmes until heaven another 5 years time? That's where one can buy houses for 6000 Euros...
But he does not mention anything about Kosovo, fascinating country with beautiful monastries and 'FRESCOES', unbelievable. Investment? Not yet, the decision so it has been announced is December 10th, just hope there is not another war.

Sorry, the decision for independence of Kosovo, will be decided by higher authories like the UN on 10.12.07

Has anyone bought into a development at the back of Lamezia airport by the name of Villaggio Baia from an Irish developer based in Marbella? I might be able to help
