Ok, let's put it this way. Me and my GPG research team are updating our database for lawyers and accountants on every country we cover (130+ in all). We need your help! Most foreigners who wish to own property in your country (say Romania) need to communicate in English and we are having trouble finding those English speaking lawyers and accountants! Any aid you can give is greatly appreciated. Wink

Er, why do buyers "need to" communicate in English when in countries in which English is not the native language Eek?

Can I ask how much you charge for people to take advantage of your data-base?
Why would anyone wish to use your data-base?
The British embassy or consulate in most areas of the world are quite happy to e-mail or snail mail lists of English speaking lawyers - FREE.
Besides, not for the first time, vbland makes a valid point - "need to"?
Come on, I invest personally and on behalf of others abroad - convince me I need your data-base.
I'll reserve further comment until I've heard your pitch.

jcmegan - If you are truly doing something from the goodness of your hearts as fine citizens then I humbly apologize for my stance. Now I'm wondering what your motivation is, where you get your slice from, who picks up your tab etc etc.
Not that I have a problem with anyone making a living. It's how they make it - there's the rub. Business people do nothing, I repeat nothing unless there's a kick back from somewhere and if you are getting a kick back for something which a hard pressed buyer/investor can get for nothing/gratis/free elsewhere - then I think I'm entitled to ask questions.

lamby - How inconvenient for all those poor darlings. Imagine, in France, French being the language of the locals, how peculiar not to mention inconvenient.

obviously the lawyers and accountants will pay for being on this site but if this service is free then seems to me this service will help us investers in the long term as through forums such as this we can weed out those who are not reputable or am i being naieve
