I am interested in buying off plan in Montenegro and have come across two companies. I am wondering if anyone has had any dealings with Bridgehouse International and International Horizons either positive or negative (preferably positive!!). I would also be grateful for some top tips on buying off plan. If anyone can shed some light on additional charges on tax, or in country I would also be grateful.
