Help!!!

I have a budget of around £50,000 and require at least a 1 bedroom apartment.

I want something that has good rental prospects, resaleable, and is near the beach or has other fun stuff to do.

I've been looking at Cape Verde, Bulgaria, Sweden and France.

Has anyone bought in these places and got some knowledge to pass on....?

Many thanks

Unagi

You can compare their country profiles here, when your decision may be based on rental yield, interest rates, roundtrip costs and taxation.

I can tell you about Cape Verde, and I am selling my apartment near the beach for that much. Let me know if you want to chat

I would be very interested in discussing Cape Verde, especially if you have a property over there already.

If you could send me details on your property it would be appreciated.

Regards
John

£55K gets you a 1-bedroom apartment in the Swiss Alpine village of La Tzoumaz, part of the 4 Valleys 450Km linked ski area which includes Verbier. Capital appreciation will be reasonable and rentals reasonable (i.e. nothing stupendous), but attractive if you like winter skiing and summer Mountain-biking and walking. Would suit you if you can get over for long weekends in summer and winter. Take a look at http://www.latzoumaz-immobilier.com/ and click on REVENTES (Resale) 'Appartements'.
