Even having a TV plugged in for DVD use, you're meant to have a TV licence I'm afraid. My friend's a student and she tried that one and they hit her with a massive fine.

no u can't video anything and then watch it later at mine, only pre~recorded material. My boss does the same and has even been inspected before, he didn't get a fine, they told him he was ok to watch dvd's n that.
