uh oh, the golden girl of the oc has been busted (early hours of thursday morn in west hollywood) for driving while under the influence, without a valid license, and carrying an illegal substance. bail was set at $10,000 and she's due in court 28th of feb.
and i thought she was better behaved than the rest of them hollywood starlets
She's so stressed out, I feel sorry for her. She had the drugs on her but there was no trace of it in her system, but that's not news worthy enough. She was only very slightly over the limit too, not that drink driving is ever acceptable. She wasn't weaving lanes either, she crossed the lane once, not sure why.

it was blatantly cocaine just like the rest of what hollywood are doing. its sad that these people are getting in to these things, but i don't feel sympathy i'm afraid.
famous or not, you know its stupid - and illegal - to drive under the influence. it doesn't matter what stress people are put under, never drink and drive. i don't even think you should have 1 drink when you go out if you know you're driving. it's better to just stay sober all night. why even risk drinking?
Hania has been to rehab twice and this is her second overdose, they just managed to keep it out of the headlines before. She's addicted to painkillers.
