After mentioning globe artichokes a few times on the first programme I was very dissapointed that there was no discussion on how to cook them. How to prepare them and what part of them to eat. I live in France and the shops are full of them currently as the French will only eat seasonal vegetables and import very little fresh food. Are'nt we lucky - but would like to know what to do with globe artichokes.
