Hi all

On a recent RC episode Hugh made a rolled lamb breast with couscous and a few additional items that I can't remember and pronounced it one of his current favourite recipes.

Unfortunately this wasn't added to the recipes on site and while I can find another instance where he uses this cut I'd like to be reminded of the ingredients for this one if anyone remembers at all??
