Does what happened in Bristol with the land apply to all councils? I'm concerned that because I'm not a celebrity TV chef I won't be taken as seriously. And can all 6 people be from the same family?
Can Hugh please confirm that the beautiful ex-vegetarian expressed the desire to eat meat at her wedding as we heard on the programme, or has he been "trying" to get her to eat meat again against her wishes?
can you tell me how to prepare a chicken i.e once it's killed how do you best remove the inards. I have kept various breeds of poultry for many years and fancy having a go at eating my own.
A similar question to vyvyan_08's: what is the "little-known" law that entitles us to plots of land? And how do we go about lobbying the council to be granted this right? Thanks!
Been around the site and i always end up in the forums. Could you please let me know how i can be put in contact with Hugh or producers of show to discuse ideas for the program, noticed what mark was achieving with growing indoors, we have a another concept that might help keeping inline with your program values......

Hugh, I watched a recorded version of RCS last night where you did the chicken taste test. I must admit I was stunned at the result, pretty much as you were judging by your reaction.
Do you think that this is a result of people never having tasted "proper chicken" before or that they genuinely prefer the pappy tasteless water filled cruel mush that is supermarket chicken?
If that is the case what can you/we/they do to possibly do to rectify this?
Congratulations on the new series Hugh it is very thought provoking.
Hi, I have been growing Webbs Wonderful lettuces and I was wondering how to proceed with them. Can I pick leaves off to eat as and when they are ready or do I need to uplift the whole lettuce. Any advice on lettuce growing gratefully received! Thanks
I have been looking for the rolled breast of lamb recipe on the website, but cant find it anywhere. I have looked in all the River Cottage books but cant find it in there either. Could you please pot the recipe on this forum or will it be posted on the website in the future?

it is what it says, you can stuff it or just roll it and tie it. i cook my lamb breast flat on a rack in the oven as it has such a high fat level, it can drain.
