You’ve said that there is no stigma about being vegetarian at River Cottage, but vegetarian assistant Susan’s dislike of blood and her wish to eat meat made her an easy convert, and nicely avoided discussing other issues surrounding vegetarianism. Would Hugh consider taking on a more challenging vegetarian in his next series, with more ‘principled’ reasons for their choice? It would be lovely to see calm and rational debate surrounding the issues done in a way that probably on Hugh can do. Otherwise, what a great series.

i don't think it would have been right to take on a pricipled vegetarian. in those instances, you just have to respect their principles, although yes, a rational debate on the issue would have been good TV.
