As a keen eater of most shellfish, I like the look of the American Signal crayfish as it looks as if there is plenty of tasty meat on it. Can you point me towards the people on last night's programme who were catching crayfish on the Kennet in Wiltshire. I live not too far away and would like to have a go myself,particularly as it appears I would be helping the environment, but would appreciate some advice regarding techniques,where to go and any laws concerning licences and suchlike?
