I know reality tv is not everyone's cup of tea. But as a psychologist I love it. I see a lot of myself in some of the reactions and struggles.
American Idol is my favourite of the reality shows as the kids on it may not be confident but they only reveal it in the slight tremble of their hand as they hold that mike.
Cant wait.

The thing with these TV shows is that they don’t create anything new… they simply get second-rate singers to do some cover versions, and then try to inject drama into the proceedings by making the judges appear to disagree and then showing the contestants having hissyfits.
