Just wanted to say that I think the life that Michelle and her husband are leading is admirable. I agree with their philosophy...spending time with their kids is WAY more important than having the kind of house an OCD sufferer would be proud of. Speaking as a teacher I find it abismally sad that many parents do not read to their kids and instead allow them to have DVD players, TVs and computers in their rooms. Its little wonder that kids are arriving in our secondary schools virtually illiterate. Also I thought it was LAUGHABLE that Louise the model was hassling poor Michelle's husband to take on another job...a tough dirty job at that. It is hypocritical of her to extoll the virtues of working when she herself does little more than pamper, preen and prance about in front of a camera. Good on Michelle, she's doing a wonderful job as a mother and I know whose kids I'D rather teach!
Yes, it was refreshing to see a family who valued things that don't cost money. Louise seemed to think that Michelle's children weren't happy because they didn't go to McDonald's regularly or have trips to Alton Towers.
On another thread I've also mentioned how dignified Michelle was on the Aftermath programme in comparison to Louise.
