What would you do with one million pounds?

I'd buy 30K of premium bonds to win some more money with, and invest the rest in a building society until I had enough interest to buy a Porsche 911 GT3 and a nice house without going below the million.

ok .
well , it costs 30k to go to uni approx by the time i am the age you can go to uni . thus that aside for uni , plus some extra to make sure i can live not like a student .
then all the rest is halfed . half to live brilliantly till uni . half earning intrest etc to live good after uni .
since it wouldnt be long till uni id be living with quite alot of stuff .

i would give some to the grankiddys donate to charity and invest in c4!

I'd travel the World, buy a place abroad, and waste the rest on myself.

Considering I have done or have what many of you would like...I would divide it all between different charities.
- For chest heart and stroke since my nan died last week of a stroke
- Cancer charities for those i have lost through that
- People who have died or who are diabetic, they need all the help they can.
- alzimers.
- childrens charities - do i need to explain
- underdeveloped countried whos governments are rich but refuse to help rebuild the less forunate areas.
-and there would be many more im sure

The way they are going, I think, that the figure won will be around the 150K mark.

The rest, well pay the mortgage off, put some aside for the kids, and buy a small business to keep us going.

Well you can’t think there are many viewers if you are planning to give each person who votes a 10K share of 150K!

i would pay off the mortgage, have a holiday and save the rest - it isnt enough to give up work for ever these days!

I don't think I could spend that amount of money, I would be looking for ways to make more money out of it.

Will you both stop talking about spelling mistakes and answer the question. Did you watch E4 tonight. Some were really cruel about different contestants. If I won One million pounds I would give it to Andy. He is going to be successful for the whole country in the next commonwealth so we would all benefit from his win. I know he is now an outcast but even his bunker mates thiught he should win hence he was the biggest threat.
