I used to like her - she seemed to be the level headed one in the Osbourne family ... but now the only word I can think to describe the woman is ... FALSE!

I thought of Printed Circuit Board something or other when I first saw PCBH.

According to an acronym dictionary 'PCBH' also stands for 'Personal Care Boarding Home'.

'Personal Care Boarding Homes' might be similar to our Residential Care Homes for the elderly.

Just imagine, that poor old Lizzie must have left one PCBH only to end up doing time in another.
