I like it but its no where near as good as Lost!

Im just bit fed up with the constant comparisons, this whole forum should be called Lost v Invasion!

Its just if I had a pound for everytime I've read a lost comparison today my bank would be a lot healthier.

I can see some people who will watch all of Invasion still saying at the end "oh it was a great series but not as good as lost"

lol. Lost is fantastic. This is just to get us through the 8 months of waiting for Lost second season so it will have to do!

Im not disagreeing with you, Lost has been the best new show Channel four have come up with for a long time, I have lived for Wed nights!

But Im not gonna ruin what could also be a good show by constantly comparing it!

BTW, Lost season 2 might be June.

im not even comparing it really. i watched it all last night as a stand alone show and it was dull, ponderous, unimaginative, untaxing, obvious. i may come back when i've thought of more adjectives. good to see the cop fella doing what he always does, play a cop. nothing like getting typecast.

You can compare it to Lost as they are both disappointing. The only difference is that Lost is addictive whereas I will never watch Invasion again.

I do agree to a point there is only so far that they can take the alien theme, and we were half way there already last night!

Personally I havent seen any of the actors before.

invasion is a breathe of fresh air from Lost. You can't compare the two. It like comparing Star Trek and Eastenders.

I agree you cant and shouldnt compare them, I might be back after everyone has mourned the passing of Lost season 1.

im not agreeing or disagreeing with any1 in this but look at the success of lost. surely its a compliment that people are comparing Invasion to it?!

I understand why Lost and Invasion are compared to each other but their not to simular. I enjoy Lost more but Invasion is great too.

You cant compare Invasion to Lost, but the problem is people are still going to and itll end up that invasion will be panned because everybody will compare it, just because its a US series and its starting when lost is finishing ddesnt mean its gotts be like Lost to be good.

Yes channel 4 did well in getting the airing rights to Lost...now its finished i think we should give invasion a chanse, its not Lost but im still enjoying it

I think I'm already getting hooked and am only watching the second one in between posting on here! I just hope it doesn't get really creepy/scary/horror because I can't take that kind of thing! I would rather go back on the game.
