It would have to be Lost...that had one heck of a pilot to it, and was like no opener I've ever seen.

yeah it has got to be lost that had a great pilot it was like a movie, well they did spend a big budget on it.

As much as I liked the lost pilot, I chose Desperate housewives because each and every line was so well written and it was funny.

The pilot of Lost reminded me of Jurassic Park and I thought there were dinosaurs on the island, lmao.

But lost has proved itself to be one of the best shows in existence and I am the number one fan!

Hey i voted lost basically because it was the best but im not trying to put this show down so far ive enjoyed the 2 episodes tonight they are really good

I think lost is winning mostly because of the amazing special effects and because that pilot was our first look at the model cast in action.

I'm sorry but you can't top Lost's pilot episode. Non stop action in every episode.
Although i must say ive seen up to and including ep 3 of invasion to far, and it must cost a bit to make each episode of this show.

lost was the best pilot besides i cant remember the dh pilot.i really enjoyed invasion though.

Yeah, i never watch Dhousewives, and i think that the pilot for lost was just brilliant

I still think Losts is best with the action but Invasion was pretty good and more mysterious then Losts opener

I agree with Orange. The Desperate Housewives Pilot introduced the characters really well and original and it was a great start to a great show.

I'm going to get enemies now, but I didn't like the Lost Pilot, I don't think it represented the show that well and made it look like (as Orange said) Jurassic Park, I mean the special effects were good but sometimes that's not what matters.

I know I'm going on a bit now but the Invasion Pilot was okay but it wasn't as good as the other two. I'm not even sure if I like the show that much, I'll have to watch more Episodes of it.

I voted Lost as the pilot was fantastic. However, I'm warming to Invasion and hope it will reach the heights of Lost!

Lost had the best pilot IMO.

DHW, Lost is a bit too long winded for me and with a lot less witticisms. The quality of the graphics etc was stunning but DHW with a much lower budget Pilot still kicked butt for me because of the amazing script and castings.

by the way, I wouldn't say I hate boone, but he is (or WAS) a bit of a pil...

no offence to any boone fans

It's a shame they used up their budget on that instead of putting some realism into the polar bears
