From what I've viewed and read so far, I have an idea which direction the show might go.
Providing that Tom isn't as evil as he seems and Russell really is a good guy then the following could unfold.
More and more humans have relatives who are now semingly only alive in their hybrid form. Obviously the humans don't want to kill their own family, so I can see a time in the future when the humans and their more 'stable' hybrid relatives form an alliance against renegade elements of hybrids and even the military.
Good theory but I reckon that Tom is as evil as he seems I watched last nights e4 episode, I couldn't wait *and Tom kidnapped the kids!!!* I was soo shocked I needed to write about it! So it is a good theory but I don't think Tom is all that good plus he sort of made that guy cut his arm off!
