So the hybrids that we saw in the camp last night...do you think they are some of the original hybrids from the Cuban invasion or ones from this one? i.e. are they the same as Tom or a different type?
type? so theres different types of hybrids now?? when did this happen?
the hybrids are all as individual as humans. the difference is how they have reacted to the change. some have had great difficulty coming to terms with it (perhaps religious issues?), whereas others have embraced the change and learned to adapt.
I think the reason why Tom didn't go crazy is because he met Mariel. she gave him hope, purpose. a reason to live? I think if he had been rejected by Mariel he would have gone crazy like all the others.
anyway back to the camp, the camp was set up by that Zura guy who must have began the camp near the time of his mission with healy. so it must be made up of other Cubans, and perhaps others from all over the world. don't forget, Cuba is not the only place to have been affected by this creature.

no I'm pretty sure we haven't actually seen him yet.
all we know is hes ex-special forces (probably). was on a mission (with healy) in Cuba I think to investigate strange lights in the water. thats when they both got caught by the creature.
Zura was hybrinated and turned psychotic, but healy escaped because he was ill and the creatures don't use you if your unhealthy.

we hav seen him in the latest episode right at the end
sunday 9th? channel 4? really? it must have been like a 2 second glimpse or something during the outro cos I seriously can't remember. all I remember is Tom carrying Kira away from the beach at the end.

yea he was defintely in it. He was the immigration officer that Tom called out to the Cuban base. Russell then clicked who he was in a scene towards the end because he had seen a picture or Zura on the internet with Dave.

I was really hoping that there was gonna be some recognition between these Cuban hybrids and Russell. But then their not gonna show us that yet anyway are they, they dont wanna give it all away until the end.
