I thought that he might've been one of those as he'd actually had contact with one of the EBI's in the first 2 so at first I thought he was joining them but now I think that he wants to just expose them to the world.

I was absolutely grossed out by the alligator though!! EURGH!!!

yeah, that alligator was disgusting.

So who thinks Tom put that body in the water, to keep Mariel from knowing the truth? Why doesn't he just come out and tell her what its about?

I think that Tom put the body from the morturary in the water for someone to find it.

I think that mariel's body is in the bit that he cordened off as a crime scene do to the contaminated area.

Thats my theory anyway.

I had another theory about something but I can't remember it!!
