http://community.tvguide.com/forum.jspa?forumID=700000044 As ABC puts the finishing touches on its schedule, Invasion's fate has been sealed — the sci-fi series will not see a second season and, even sadder for fans, talk that CW might pick it up is dying.
crap! oh well. i still have a couple of episodes of season 1 to see. I'll enjoy it while I can.

Oh no, that sucks! I bet the season won't even end properly and it will be a cliff hanger as they think they're going to do a season 2. This sucks balls!

I read on digital spy that a new network called The CW wants to take on Invasion for another series, I don't know if that is true or not, but it does offer a bit of hope for fans of the show. Has anyone else heard anything about a possible buy-out? I would be gutted if it all ended now with so many unanswered questions and loose ends.
sorry guys, it's late and I'm tired, I've just reread everyones posts on this link and it seems I was wrong to be so optimistic about CW, seems they're getting cold feet about Invasion. Such a great series can't finish after just one series, is there no justice in this world!

i read about it-wait until thursday to see what CW might do
mabye theyll do a special, or publish some books rounding it off. or mabye the end of the series could go either way, with it finished, but with scope to come back if they got a second series.
