Its too expensive to take on for CW. They have only recently merged so I can't see them taking this. They kept Smallville on though.

They announced their line up for next year,anything not on it is,well,not on it.Period.

They didnt want to leave us all up in the air like that, they were setting us up for a second season (a good it would have been too by the looks).

they probably did not have the time or money to totally re-shoot another final episode once they had found out that the show was cancelled so just had to show it anyway, even if it was cruel to tease us with what could happen next season!!

yes i hope they make season 2, i want to know what happens to Larkan and to see what happens with the pregnant woman in the water.
come on ABC we like invasion here on C4.

I'm gutted, i reall enjoyed invasion, and russel was gorge!

It's very disapointing. Although not a rare accurance (sp?) with cult TV programmes. I used to love Due South and it got dropped, fortunately another channel picked it up (BBC I think) for a couple more series, now ITV3 have the repeats so I'm a happy girl.
It's a shame nobody's prepared to continue with Invasion, I'm going to miss "Daddy" Tom, he was by far the best character in the show.

im going to miss all of them! I mean i really dont want them to finish it because it was just getting into it and i have watched it loyally for 22 weeks! But if they have to finish it at least give us some closure by explaining some things!
