Russell and Dave investigate what's happening on Szura's island in the Keys, tensions rise at school between students who were changed by the hurricane and those who weren't, and Underlay tries to find out the extent of the military's involvement in post-hurricane changes.

Underlay gets shown inside the secret hangar where the military are experimenting on hybrids. Dave and Russekl explore the island and find some living quarters and theres this woman preaching to all the hybrids about survival or something. they also find a control center type place filled with monitos and electrical equipment. looks like communications stuff mostly but they are also monitoring the temperature of the water.
