Ok guys, so if there is a second season (to be announced on 15th May) what storylines and events would you like to see happen?

Hopefully the producers will see this thread and use the ideas to make the second season a real success!!!! LOL!!

well... its a bit awkward to to say now cause we dnt know what happens on the next 2 episodes... one of the charectors may die or something...

The 1st hurricane was bad, lights were spotted in the skies, people came back from the water in the glades changed and not for the better! Russell, Larkin (his wife), Dave (her brother), Jesse and rose(russells kids), Muriel (russells Ex Wife), Sherrif Tom underlay (muriels Husband)and Kira(underlays Daughter) investigate the lights int he sky and reveal that a skeleton they found while looking for lights in the water belonged to Underlay. An island set up to hold people *changed* by the storm was discovered and underlay had a hand in this, Szura, Underlays partner who was *looking After* these hybrids killed 2, christina and Derek, Tom and russell had a heart to heart in the park ranger van and Underlay learned there was more to szura than he was letting on, his partner had betrayd him. Another storm began to his homested and underly realised that szura was doing more than *protecting* the hybrids but building an armie! Russell and Underlay needed to get their wives and kids away from town as dave stayed behind to protect the house nd try to catch the lights in the water on tape, when they got so far away from homested, russell and underlay turned back towards the town to stop szura and the hybrids! The town was in chaos, the hybrids were running round the town rounding up all the humans with the national guard! The military was on their side the whole time!!! Russell and underlay found where szura was keeping the hybrids to see that muriel, larkin, rose, jesse and kira were all captured too! Russell and underlay saw that they needed to stop this chaos so they went to confront szura, the battled continued with punches for a while and then szura called for help from 2 hybrids, they had guns and underlay and russell were shot! Held captive in a room russell and underlay saw they needed to escape to save the world, the knock down the door and find szura where dave is lying on the floor, not ded but uncontios, szura dragged on for a while about how this town was the hardest to take over and that russell and underlay would be the fall of the town, Russell picked up daves gun and shot szura. They chased szura into the water and underlay and russell began to glow! they were transforming into 1 of the *lights in the sky*, They had one last battle with szura and he was dead. They dragged him to shore and they all returned to there normal forms, szura was dead. Now Russell and underlay had to save the humans so they grabbed shotguns from russells house and went on a hybrid killing spree, The air force joined the battle with the navy and the natinal guard and the hybrids retreated to the water! It turned out that all the natianal guard were hybrids all along, the humans were rescued and the storm carried on, all the humans , muriel, larkin, jesse, rose and kira returned to toms home as it was the safeest, russell went back for dave with underlay and took him to muriel to be nursed back to health. Russell and Underlay grabbed a bodie bag and went back for szuras corpse to make sure he was gone for good. Unseen to anones eye, ass the zip got near szuras eyes, they suddenly opened.

The 2nd Series First Episodes Overveiw

Russell and underlay go back to the house with the bag to wait till the storms passes with their wives and kids, when its over russell and underlay start a fire and burn the bag, they hear a shout from inside and they open it to see what was happening. Szura was awakened and ready for action, he punches russel and underlay into the wall and runs away. News reportsshow that the weather is picking up and that noone in that storm had come back different apart from one person... a mysterios man who looks very much like szura. Russell and Tom remember that they had a battle in the alien form with szura and they think something has happened with the DNA, they are baffeled. They go down the the water for answeres and find szura with bullet marks and burn marks and find a new charector called *aeries* She is a strange woman who looks good and claims to be an *ailien* hunter, she seems to have tracked down the *problem* and killed him, but seen as another szura was made during the battle 1 was still alive, aeries, russell, underlay and dave go looking for the hybrids, the natinal guard and szura but they find nothing. One day russell gets a knock on the door and it is szura and tom, they tell russell they need his help to stop Aeries... the reason for this is unknown untill about 3/4 through the series where tom and szura tell russell that aeries's *species* is an ailean species like tom szura and russell but those 2 (szura and tom), the other hybrids and the natinal guard have realised why they were sent to earth during the hurricane... because the hmans could not know anything and the other species diddnt see them enter the atmosphere and the 2nd storm was a signal for the hybrids to move from their location because the new species had fund the currant location... it is this species that wants domination over the universe and the hybrids were created to protect planets from this new species... (finding this truth will take a couple of episodes as szura and tom see it in flashbacks and have dreams from what seem to be other hybrids telling the what they have to do) Szura reveals the location of the natinal guard and the other hybrids... While on this island, jesse is taken hostage by aeries and the hybrids and humans need to stop the species!!! From here the show just gets better with more action and tension and a main charector dies... and its not jesse!

Iv just made up all this on my own so i can assure you there is no spoilers here... unless it all becomes true thanks for reading!

well not really LOL!!!!! me and ma m8 always sit in class tlkin bout it and like things that mite happen but no1 ever agrees wiv me and i thougt id add it all together to make the storling for most of the 2nd series! LOL!!!!

c'mon ppl!!! we need to keep this post up at the top jam packed with ideas for a new series and hope someone higher up will see this and see that we need another chance at a new series!!!! iv just heard that lost may join invasion somewhere down the line... this could go either really good and turn into a brilliant show or it could go real rubbish and send both shows down... it depends on the merge and the way its acted really

How about while Russell is fighting Szura in the water he gets attacled by one of the 'light' things and becomes a hybrid!? That's if his not one already of course!

I like your idea that the hurricane is some sort of signal to the hyrbids.

I think it would also be good to introduce some new main human characters as well like a cousin of the kids or Russell's nephew.

I'd also like to see Russell's parents in the show, the ones who couldnt make it on the boat from Cuba with them especially if they have been invaded!

yh kwl ideas lea! wen i put russell fightin in the water i thought he would already be a hybrid but u gave me the idea that 1 comes and does it slow and theres like ded sad music playin loud in the background and it looks like its goin to kill him and then it drags him off and tom has to finish szura... this could keep ppl in suspence for ppl in the 2nd series to see if russell is still alive or if he recovers

Not sure about this forum. The BB one runs all year round but thats only while they wait for the next show but if the show doesnt exist then maybe they will remove the forum like they did the space cadets one etc.

"THE FINALE: One chararacter goes missing, another returns, and the military's involvement is revealed.
NEXT SEASON: If the series is renewed, Sheriff Underlay learns he is not in charge, and the sexual tension between Russel and his water-breathing wife, Mariel, will develop."

What if Mariel got unintentionally pregnant? I keep wondering where they'd take the story to if she accidentally did. Although after what happened to Christina I wouldn't wish that on anyone! Oh yes! Tom's first wife comes back from 'the dead.' Now I would love to see his reaction to that one.

yh that would be well cool... we dnt know what the babies look like or what they do but im sure E4 watchers will find out either tomorrow or next week!

As I have already posted because I heard from a US magazine, Mariel and Russell are going to be getting close again in the next season and with the prospect of Mariel becoming pregnant, how would you all feel if Mariel became pregnant with Russell's baby?

What if she got close to Russell, got pregnant but didn't know for sure who the father was until she gave birth to either a fish or a baby?! Poor Tom would be heartbroken if Mariel cheated on him but I'd gladly volunteer to console him.

Makes me laugh how everyone's opinion of Tom has so radically changed! lol! But if Russell is a hybrid too and the baby turned out a fish then they would never be able to find out who the father is?!

Lea, I've loved Tom from the start and nothing's changed about that. Ok, point taken that if Russell is a hybrid she'd have a fish either way. Any opportunity to get that 'Russell is a hybrid' theory in, eh? Lol!

Fatcat I've only got this which was taken from another invasion forum that the person has taken from an American TV guide. Not sure what tv guide!

I am sad to say that it has been reported that invasion has been cancelled, in the same report as that the oc has been renewed (which has also been confirmed by variety) and other stuff.
