Im going to suggest some people who Becca's defence should have called as witnesses:

Sally Hunter - The old headteacher when all this was going on and she would surely have given a positive account of the events

Foz - Non related and could see how much her and justin were in love

Mandy - The first to know about the whole affair and would give a positive account of events

I agree ben_hammer, but this is hollyoaks we're talking about, they never get anything done realisticly!

yeh i think if becca goes down, when mandy comes back she should give her statement it certainaly would anoy justin

There is also another witness not called and that is Tony, as Justin was adamant infront of him that he loved Becca.

Even Mrs Webster knew of Justin's crush on Becca, then there was the teacher who called Becca in to pick up a drunk Justin from scholl when Justin had bragged infront of everyone at an awards ceremony that he should get an award fro sleeping with Becca.

Everying said in court was for there to be one verdict only. Guilty.
The writers must think we the audience are thick though to fob us off with this utter rubbish.

However they want to turn Justin back into a bad boy, forgetting that he has had his time now and they are just flogging a dead horse. Hollyoaks doesn't need him to improve ratings and he is a liability now.

One look at recent ratings where he has been in Hollyoaks show they are heading back down the drain when he features prominantly. When he isn't around they pick up again.

Where the hell have all the adamant statements of no sexual relations between them from Justin gone? He swore and swore to the police in June after Jake found out that nothing happened until christmas day and Becca corroborated (sp?) it, they both said the same thing, NOTHING HAPPENED UTIL CHRISTMAS! Police really are stupid...
