One of the saddest songs ever that was used on Hollyoaks had to be My skin by Natalie Merchant. They used it behind the montage when Hannah was visiting Melissa in intensive care while her family was searching her room finding out about her anorexia... It had me in floods.

Totally agree. That song was really poignant in the scene when Hannah was putting on Melissa's make-up. It was also used to good effect when Father Kieron was praying and got all upset about the conflict of emotions he was having about John Paul. |
