Justin is not going to die, he wakes up. Warren pays him a visit at the hospital to tell him that he run him over for not doing as he is told about Katie. I doubt Justin is leaving the soap there is still loads that his character can do.

naa justin shouldnt leave, he's a cool character and i think he's gonna finally get his life on track after all whats happened.
