It cant be Max cause he smashed a glass and i hink it could be Louise cause of drunkness and Ob who runned fast so people wont see him or Calvin who had the phonne by her side, cant be Justin causse he was scrashed by a van.

Don't think it's Max,Calvin's phone by Claire's body-too obvious,Justin-likeley(even if he got runover shortly after) OB- might have witnessed the crime that's why he's running.

I am now thinking that Clare jumped in a way to blame warren for attempted murder because she needs to get him out of the loft, and she cant think of any other way to get him out. She has no friends to turn to her last friend in the village was Louise but she turned on her and lost her friendship.
