Ali, my fav scene at the moment is Bunnyromp. I love the boys happy like that! I wish Jake didn't walk in...someone should write a fic on that one!

hi maria my ideal se this is a bit hard to answer as this moment i have no idea where the writers are taking jp i guess hes on a learning curve but what ever happens i will never doubt his love for craig. i just think no matter how far apart or long apart its been that they will end up back together at some point. both boys need to grow, know who they are be confident about themselfs then maybe that beautiful day when they set eyes on each other is that all they need is each other hope that wasnt to long and rambley get talking about the boys and i'm off

oh no ramble on we can talk about mcdean for every - and definately will be a beautiful day when the boys re-unite and a definate reason for a party

thanks maria i dont know any one who shares my love for the boys they just give me this weird look when ever i mention them but i have to sit through hours of football and dramas its nice to know i'm not alone in wanting two people to be together.

Completely agree!! They 100% belong together, and I don't doubt JP's love for Craig at all now.

I know the next few JP ep's will be difficult to watch, but I really think that JP is just using priesty to try and convince himself that he's over Craig.

Seems to me that JP believes that he'll never get to be with Craig as partners, they way he wants to be - ie have an 'out' relationship the way Craig did with Sarah. Therefore, he's trying to move on - although not very successfully at all, so getting it on with priesty is just going to be another one of JP's failed attemepts.

I think JP can handle being a secret with priesty because he doesn't want to shout about their relationship like he did with Craig - priesty simply doesn't mean that much to him.

And I'm sure that priesty is just a plot device for Niall's revenge - otherwise surely we'd have had more information about the character and some sort of back story, which has been completely lacking.

I'm not saying I'm happy with the McPriest sl at all though - personally I'm finding it tedious as it has been crawling along for months now.

But I will see it through to the end - and I'm sure there WILL be an end to it lol!

Then of course SE!!! I'm sure all the Craig refs are leading somewhere - otherwise we'd just have had JP saying how over Craig he was, and drawing a line under it. But the door is being kept very much open for McDean!!

I love reading the posts on this thread, everybody is so positive for the SE.

Have to admit, Im not so sure I will be able to watch JP and Kieron for the next couple weeks or however long they are together.
Its Jp saying he loves Kieron, that I cannot get my head round. It drives me mad

I have to admit I have never mentioned to anyone in my everyday life, how much I love the McDean storyline. I think people I know would think I was insane. lol I have to admit I think I am about this storyline, but in a good way.

I am glad I can talk about it on here and know Im not the only one who loves it. I do not think theres ever been a day, since Guy left, where I have not watched McDean episodes on Youtube or on tape.

romcomqueen - I feel like I dont want to watch tonight and future weeks, but at the same time I am intrigued as to what triggers the "I Love You" bit from John-Paul. Surely there must be something that kicks it off.

I have also been reading, not sure where it was but somebody said that John-Paul tells someone he loves Kieron more than he ever did Craig. I do not know if that is true, but hopefully its just a rumour. I really find that hard to believe as I think that Craig was John-Pauls first true love and always will be, no matter what he says to the contrary.

I will cringe if that turns out to be true and definitely turn off for good. This goes against everything that JP said to Hannah at the beginning of this month. To have JP suddenly tell Kieron this, and if it is meant to be true is definitely insulting our intellgience as viewers. I agree, Craig was JP's first love - nothing will replace that. If, god forbid, Craig never came back I would acknowledge that JP would fall in love with someone else. But the priest? At this precise moment in time is just ridiculous and laughable. They have hardly built up a relationship between these two characters on screen. Everything has meant to have happened during their black hole. This all makes their supposed "romance" seem unbelievable.

I reckon JP hears something about Craig and his apparent life in Dublin which sends him over the edge and back into the arms of Kieron. Maybe, if Jake is meant to make a reappearance before KS leaves for good, it could come from him. Or maybe he finds out from Sarah that Craig turned her down twice.
