This is for anybody who can answer my quandry! I saw a post from JO2005 saying that she recognised Mark from when he played a part in Family Affairs. Can anybody tell me who the character he played was? I am trying to think but have no recollection. Did he play boyfriend of Gemma? It's doing my head in please tell me!

I loved him as Arlo in family affairs! Him and Gemma were great together til he went off with zara (kerry from The Bill). Preferred him in family affairs and even footballers wives- he's a bit too wet in hollyoaks, sumhow he's lost some of that sex appeal
OH MY GOD! It's a dream! Jo, Thankyou babe. Yes I am so happy you told me that! Was getting all pissed off not knowing. God he's grown up all lovely cos when he was Arlo character he really reminded my of Paul Nicholls from Eastenders who is lovely too! But he's all mamly now in a cute way. I loved Family Affairs, really fancied Duncan Hart who was Doctor Ed Keating in Holby City too.

The Arlo/Gemma storyline was the big storyline when i started watching Family Affairs so Ash Newman (Mark) was the first actor on telly that i really liked. It's nice to see him in another of my shows now
