not dead - read next weeks spoilers. not leaving either, he realise he has warren by the short and curlies as he can put him away.
why would the prog get rid of their best asset unless he wanted to go. if he did hed get a better leaving then this.
cant leave til the truth about charlie is out as if hes dad the we have to watch him learn how to be one as hell have been deprived. that would be quite a sweet story which could preceed his exit storyline.
the character is not finished yet, although once he has charlie ( if he is the dad, which is highly likely) then i cant see a reason to stay.

I agree Justin is boring! but us veiwer's still need to know if Charlie is his kid(which i think he is!)That will be very interesting to watch as i think thing's are going to kick-off big time with Jake and Justin(once again)should be good tv!
