remember when he first came into hollyoaks and he was discussing with newt about how newt found the body of a young boy hanged in his room? he asked newt how he managed to deal with it, and newt replied 'i never did'. maybe thats to do with eli's character appearing?
there's evidence to suggest that's he's imaginary..no one else saw him in the pub in the E4 episode, and tom didn't seem to notice him.
its a good storyline for hollyoaks to discuss as it's something original and unique that has never been attempted by any other soap before and so far the writers have been making it an interesting and believable storyline :]
i never saw bombhead in it as i didnt watch it at the time but at first i thought eli was real but now i dont think he is after watching the epps tonight so far it sems intrestn to see how it going to unfold

thats not stricktly true with bombhead it was someone who was real who had died where it seems eli is totally made up
