I know, im quoting wat i wrote mtself here, but i just found out why kevin's (jakes) last scene wasnt in the hospital...twas on the E4 episode so i wont wont spoil it on anyone...

It is sooooo sad as he is by far the best actor on the show and I really hope that he gets as much good work in the future. Good Luck Kev!!!
